Steve Strobel

President | Chief Executive Officer

Steve Strobel officially started in the construction industry when he purchased Strobel Construction from his father in 1986. He has been directing the design and construction of industrial facilities for over 30 years, working with clients in the oil industry for nearly 20 years and is recognized in the industry as an innovator who achieves the customer’s goals – safely, efficiently, on time and on budget. 

Belinda Strobel

Secretary | Treasurer

As Secretary/Treasurer, Belinda Strobel is responsible for organizational guidance, leadership, marketing and brand strategy. She provides insight and assists in setting the long-term vision for Strobel Companies. 

Dave Osswald

Chief Operations Officer

Dave Osswald brings a wealth of experience, leadership and operational expertise to the Strobel Team. With a career ranging from Project Engineer in Colorado to Project Manager overseas and throughout the U.S., he understands the entire EPC process and is passionate about safety, processes, policies and people; elements critical to the execution of a successful project.

Before joining Strobel Companies in late 2022, Dave served as Director of Operations for MasTec Industrial.

 

Dave is on the “front line” for Strobel customers – managing the contract, schedule and costs along with the procedures and processes required to ensure safe operational excellence.

Jordan Dowdy, CPA, CGMA

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Jordan Dowdy assists with all strategic, financial and risk management strategies including financial reporting, tax management, strategic planning and insurance coverage. Jordan received a Master’s degree in accounting and financial management from the University of Maryland University College. He is a licensed CPA in Nebraska, a licensed Chartered Global Management Accountant and has more than 10 years of experience in public accounting and the construction industry.

Scott Vincent, CIH, CSP

Director of Logistics
Director of Environment, Health, and Safety

Scott Vincent has been part of the Strobel Energy Group team since 2010. 

Armed with a wealth of industry knowledge and more than 25 years of experience in hazardous material management and transportation, Scott is a qualified OSHA-outreach instructor, EPA-approved Hazardous Material Instructor and FEMA Incident Commander. Additionally, he has completed the U.S. Department of Transportation Inter-modal Transportation of Hazardous Material Program. 


Greg Schroeter
AWS, CWI, ASNT Level III

Director of QA/QC

Joining Strobel Energy Group in 2014, Greg Schroeter brings over 30 years of Operations Manufacturing Management experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. 

In this key role, he works to assure the quality of work meets or exceeds the project’s contractual requirements and maintains the standard of excellence established by the design team. Greg is responsible for implementation and oversight of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Programs for both Strobel and the customer – including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection and testing services of the project. 


Nathan Carlson

Director of Operations

Nathan Carlson has over two decades of experience in the production welding and mechanical piping industries – estimating, coordinating and managing complex mechanical projects. 

He joined Strobel Energy Group in January 2006 as a welder and now is responsible for the performance of the entire mechanical division. Nathan oversees the fabrication plant in Central City and manages the processes involved in producing welded products from design to fabrication to shipment.


Heather Webb

Director of Human Resources

Heather Webb is responsible for the global human resources strategy, which supports growth opportunities across Strobel Companies.


She has more than 15 years of experience in human resources, organizational development, employee’s benefits, training, development and management coaching. Heather also plays an integral role in the company-wide leadership team.

Larry Myers

Marketing Strategist & Client Development

Larry Myers is a marketing specialist with a strong and varied background in business to business marketing programs. He is responsible for marketing programs, brand management, public relations and corporate development. Through creativity, drive and leadership Larry works daily to broadcast the unique market positions of Strobel Energy Group, Strobel Fabrication, Strobel Energy Logistics and Strobel Manufacturing – and to introduce the companies to potential customers.
