Phillips 66 High Volume Loading Terminal


LOCATION: Palermo, North Dakota

SCOPE: Crude Oil Unit Train Loading

    • Two 103,000 barrel tanks (IFR)
    • Connectivity to BNSF Mainline
    • 43,000+ track feet on-site in triple-loop configuration
    • First phase has 14 load spots with expandability to 32 spots
    • Railcar top-loading platform with sliding gangways

Omaha Public Power District (OPPD)


LOCATION: Omaha, Nebraska

DESCRIPTION: Auxiliary Boiler Addition Project

CAPACITY: 121,200 pounds of steam per hour for auxiliary building heating utilizing an electrode boiler

  • PROJECT DETAILS

    • The North Omaha Station has five boilers that provide high-pressure steam for five steam turbines with a combined capacity of nominally 578 MW
    • Installed the auxiliary electrode boiler to provide steam for building heat, combustion air heat and other auxiliary steam
    • Self-performed mechanical piping fabrication and installation of system capable of supplying adequate steam flow for building heat throughout the plant when existing boilers are not in use

Prairie Catalytic


LOCATION: Columbus, Nebraska

DESCRIPTION: Ethyl Acetate Processing Facility

  • PROJECT DETAILS

    • New greenfield, new technology EA plant adjacent to the existing ADM ethanol plant
    • Performed engineering, procurement and construction for the project
    • Directed design, fabrication, packaging of equipment
    • Self-performed civil, structural, mechanical, piping and equipment setting 
    • Fabricated components including structural steel pipe supports and pressure vessels

EOG Stroud Rail Unloading Facility


LOCATION: Stroud, Oklahoma

SCOPE: Crude Oil Rail Unloading Terminal + Pipeline Integration

  • PROJECT DETAILS

    • First unit train unloading facility in the United States 

    • Completed full site development, grading, and containment construction for tank farm and rail operations 

    • Constructed 8,000 TF of unit train rail infrastructure with turnouts and sub-ballast systems 

    • Fabricated and erected two 70,000 BBL API crude storage tanks with floating roofs and leak detection 

    • Installed rail unloading system with multi-car transfer, hose assemblies, and process piping 

    • Built pump station with 125 HP pumps, controls, and pipeline tie-in systems 

    • Delivered complete mechanical, electrical, and safety systems including PLC controls and fire protection 


EOG Resources FRAC Sand Transloading Facility


LOCATION: Refugio, Texas

SCOPE: Rail-Served Frac Sand Transloading, Storage & Truck Loadout

  • PROJECT DETAILS

    • Constructed  27,000 TF of rail infrastructure for 100-car unit train operations 

    • Installed rail unloading system with conveyors and bucket elevators (2,000 TPH capacity) 

    • Erected (10) 2,000-ton storage silos with multi-product handling capability 

    • Built truck loadout systems with scales and pneumatic transfer for high-volume distribution 

    • Completed site development, utilities, dust collection, and support buildings with future expansion in mind

SCOPE: Crude Oil Storage, Pumping & Pipeline Interconnect

    • Completed site civil work, including grading, roads, and containment systems 

    • Constructed tank foundations, containment, and structural infrastructure 

    • Installed pump stations, LACT units, and process piping systems 

    • Built and tied in pipeline systems (4”, 8”, and 10”) with interconnects 

    • Delivered electrical, controls, and full system commissioning

LOCATION: Tioga, North Dakota

SCOPE: Crude Oil Unit Train Loading Terminal

  • PROJECT DETAILS

    • Constructed unit train rail loop with weighing and tracking systems 

    • Installed (2) 70,000 BBL API storage tanks with containment and controls 

    • Built 20-spot loading rack with meters, valves, and loading arms 

    • Installed pump system (12,000 GPM capacity) for efficient unit train loading 

    • Delivered mechanical, electrical, vapor control, and fire protection systems
