Steve Strobel

President | Chief Executive Officer

Steve Strobel began his career in the construction industry in 1986 when he purchased Strobel Construction from his father, continuing a family legacy rooted in hard work and practical innovation. Under his leadership, the business has grown into a respected provider of industrial construction and EPC services across the country.


Steve has led the design and construction of industrial facilities across a wide range of markets, including the oil and energy sectors. He has built a reputation for delivering complex projects with a practical, common-sense approach. His deep understanding of construction, operations, and project execution allows him to guide teams in developing efficient, right-sized solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Belinda Strobel

Secretary | Treasurer

As Secretary/Treasurer, Belinda Strobel provides organizational leadership and strategic direction across Strobel Companies. She plays a key role in guiding company initiatives, supporting leadership teams, and helping shape the long-term vision of the organization.


Belinda drives brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and authentic voice across all divisions while reinforcing the company’s reputation for quality, innovation, and service. Her insight and leadership help drive alignment across operations, supporting continued growth and long-term success.

Dave Osswald

Chief Operations Officer

Dave Osswald brings a wealth of experience, leadership and operational expertise to the Strobel Team. With a career ranging from Project Engineer in Colorado to Project Manager overseas and throughout the U.S., he understands the entire EPC process and is passionate about safety, processes, policies and people; elements critical to the execution of a successful project.

Before joining Strobel Companies in late 2022, Dave served as Director of Operations for MasTec Industrial.

 

Dave is on the “front line” for Strobel customers – managing the contract, schedule and costs along with the procedures and processes required to ensure safe operational excellence.

Jordan Dowdy, CPA, CGMA

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Jordan Dowdy oversees financial risk management, including reporting, tax strategy, and long-term planning. Having received a Master’s degree in Accounting and Financial Management from the University of Maryland, he is a licensed CPA and CCIFP. As a Chartered Global Management Accountant he has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting and the construction industry.


Jordan is passionate about ensuring that every department in the Company operates efficiently, productively and effectively. He also provides strategic organizational direction based on the long-term vision of Strobel Companies.

Greg Schroeter
AWS, CWI, ASNT Level III

Director of QA/QC

Joining Strobel Energy Group in 2014, Greg Schroeter brings over 30 years of Operations Manufacturing Management experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance. 

In this key role, he works to assure the quality of work meets or exceeds the project’s contractual requirements and maintains the standard of excellence established by the design team. Greg is responsible for implementation and oversight of the Quality Control and Quality Assurance Programs for both Strobel and the customer – including the coordination, performance and execution of construction inspection and testing services of the project. 


Nathan Carlson

Director of Operations
Director of Environment, Health & Safety

Nathan Carlson serves in a dual role supporting both operations and safety for Strobel Energy Group. In this position, he plays a key role in coordinating project execution while leading the company’s safety programs and compliance efforts. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational support, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, and maintaining alignment between field teams, project management, and leadership. In addition, he leads safety training, regulatory compliance, and jobsite safety initiatives across all operations.

With a hands-on, practical approach, Nathan is focused on keeping projects moving while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance.

Heather Webb

Director of Human Resources

Heather Webb is responsible for the global human resources strategy, which supports growth opportunities across Strobel Companies.


She has over two decades of experience in human resources, organizational development, employee’s benefits, training, development and management coaching. Heather also plays an integral role in the company-wide leadership team.

Larry Myers

Director of Sales and Marketing

Larry Myers is a sales and marketing specialist with a strong and varied background in both business-to-business  and business-to-consumer sales. He is responsible for setting strategy and directing the business development of Strobel Energy Group, Strobel Fabrication and Strobel Energy Logistics. He is also responsible for marketing programs, brand management, public relations and corporate development. Through creativity, drive and leadership, Larry works daily to broadcast the unique market positions of all Strobel Companies to potential and current customers – introducing the companies and helping to problem-solve with a collaborative, solutions-based approach.

Jon Quincy

Information Technology Manager

Jon Quincy joined Strobel Energy Group in 2014 with over two decades of experience in information technology, having started his IT career in 2000. He has managed complex IT projects and teams and currently oversees the company’s IT infrastructure. Jon is passionate about leveraging technology to improve efficiency and drive innovation across the organization. He is focused on positioning Strobel for the future by bringing the company into the AI age through advanced solutions that enhance operations, productivity, and long-term competitiveness in the energy industry.
